From the very first contact we were instantly reassured that a heavy burden would be taken off our shoulders. Dignified and professional they ensured that our beloved Dad received a send-off we were immensely proud of. Taking Dad on a trip around his second home the Stadium of Light had us all in tears. A lovely touch. The service pamphlets as well were very thoughtful and touching. We were so appreciative of all the staff at Manor House - the receptionist, the chapel of rest and the cortege. A respectful, professional service throughout the 3 week period from the passing of my mother until her funeral. Questions, needs, advice were dealt with promptly and with great empathy for family members. Visits to the parlour were excellent and family felt supported. The team listened to and met all our wishes. The whole funeral day we were treated with compassion and respect and my mother was treated with the utmost dignity. Thank you, Simon and everyone else.
