From the very first contact we were instantly reassured that a heavy burden would be taken off our shoulders. Dignified and professional they ensured that our beloved Dad received a send-off we were immensely proud of. Taking Dad on a trip around his second home the Stadium of Light had us all in tears. A lovely touch. The service pamphlets as well were very thoughtful and touching. We were so appreciative of all the staff at Manor House - the receptionist, the chapel of rest and the cortege. Very, very professional. Thank You.
